– New download utilities are almost here for Linux and MacOS. The Linux download utility has been tested to work on Ubuntu 19.04+ and Arch XFCE/Manjaro. The zip file contains a version for MacOS (Intel), Linux and Windows. No more needing a different download utility for each file, it will automatically detect what the key is for and download the file associated with the fee paid. The wiring schematics for 2005-2015* vehicles are available online for viewing embedded into this site. The software found on this site will NOT work for you. If you wish to attempt reloading software or you have a 2015.5 or newer vehicle, you may subscribe to a paid subscription directly with Volvo and use the latest version of VIDA provided by Volvo.
If you need to reload software or download new software to your vehicle, or you have a newer Volvo, please contact your dealer of choice. VIDA 2014D only supports OBD2 vehicles up to and including 2015 models. VIDA 2014D does NOT support reloading or downloading new software to the vehicle.
